This concept starts with a simpler question: What are you trying to achieve?

For people who want to explore resources, ideas and inspiration.

And keep the content close to the people who know it.

Regional Leaders should be able to maintain their own areas, resources and the 30-second Guide without needing a webmaster. The public experience stays simple while the people responsible for the content can keep it current.
